Three day weeeeekend! I feel like our work weeks are supposed to be Monday-Thursday and have Friday-Sunday off. I’m a much better (and patient) person when it’s a long weekend… Anyone else? I’m convinced we’d work harder if we had a shorter week. Okay, maybe now I’m reaching! Santos and I were supposed to be in Florida right now joining my parents for the long Labor Day weekend, but the hurricane changed up our plans a bit. We held out till seriously the last second (talking about canceling our flight two hours before take off) but to be safe, we stayed in Dallas. The storm is growing in strength and it’s so hard watching these natural disasters and feeling powerless to their destruction. We are praying for everyone that may be affected by hurricane Dorian, and wishing protection to your loved ones and home!
